I have always loved baking and have been making various cakes; biscuits and muffins for charity bake sales for many years. The only problem was in the past; I didn't have the space to bake large quantities, as I lived on a boat with a very small galley kitchen! I moved to the country a few years ago and just finished renovating the house at the end of 2012. The 'cherry on the cake' (pardon the pun) for me was having my dream kitchen installed and I haven't stopped baking since! The more I baked, the more requests I had from friends and family, so I decided to turn my part-time passion into a professional venture.

I have chosen to specialise in making cupcakes, as I adore baking and decorating them, and there's so many different ones to chose from. I have endeavoured to cater for all tastes in my range and have developed a mouthwatering menu of tempting recipes with decadent frostings and toppings. I only use the best quality ingredients, home-grown or sourced locally where possible and always use the freshest eggs from my own happy hens and very spoilt fat ducks! 

As well as cupcakes seasonally, I also make homemade jams, preserves and chutneys with fruits from my garden - so no pesticides or nasty chemicals, just delicious natural products. I launched my company in September 2013, specialising in homemade cupcakes, jams, preserves and chutneys. I am based in East Sussex and can cater for events and parties within a 20 mile radius. However, for a larger event I may be able to deliver further afield so please do contact me to discuss. Of course local collection is always welcome!
